Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of dial4hire.com ("the site"), run by Dial4Hire ("Dial4Hire", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Our service

• Dial4Hire is a recruitment and placement service for Delhi NCR: Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon and Faridabad.
• You can view open jobs, apply for a specific job, or send an open application for roles and industries you are interested in.
• Our service is free for candidates. We never ask candidates to pay for a job. If anyone asks you for money in our name, do not pay and tell us.

Who can use it

• You must be 18 or older.
• You must apply only for yourself, using your own details.

Your application

• Give true, complete and current information, including your qualification (and whether you are still pursuing it), experience, salary and CV.
• Upload only your own CV, in PDF, DOC or DOCX, within the size limit shown on the form.
• Share a reference's name and number only with their permission.
• Applying does not guarantee an interview or a job. Employers make the final hiring decision.
• We may decline, remove or stop processing applications that are false, duplicate, spam or abusive.

Candidate account

• The candidate account is optional. You can apply without it.
• You sign in with a one-time password (OTP) sent to your WhatsApp number. You need WhatsApp on that number.
• OTP requests and attempts are limited to prevent misuse. The account may be unavailable or switched off at times.
• Keep your phone and OTP private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• You can sign out at any time. To delete your account and data, email d4hwork555@gmail.com.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• Submit false information or apply as someone else
• Upload files containing malware or anything unlawful
• Send automated, bulk or spam applications or OTP requests
• Try to access staff areas, other people's data or our systems without permission
• Copy or scrape the site's content or job listings

Jobs and employers

• Job details come from employers. We try to keep them accurate but cannot guarantee salary, location, openings or other terms.
• Any job offer and employment terms are between you and the employer.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and share your personal data, including sharing your profile with employers. By applying you consent to that use.

Intellectual property

The site's content, design and logo belong to Dial4Hire or its licensors. You may view and use them only to use our service.

Limitation of liability

• The site is provided "as is". We do not promise it will always be available or error-free.
• To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for an employer's decisions, conduct or job terms.
• Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Suspension

We may suspend or block access for anyone who breaks these terms or misuses the site.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Delhi have jurisdiction.
